"However, the DDD 1000 registration number was won by an individual who paid RM50,000 for it," said Mahassan today. He said the state RTD has created the history with this series of registration number plates with more than 7,000 bids for the DDD number plates. "Compared to the previous series of registration number plates fro the state, DDD has received an overwhelming response from the public. Mahassan believed the DDD registration number had attracted buyers due to the same three letters of the same number.
