PUTRAJAYA: Two days after the prime minister announced the setting up of Tabung Harapan Malaysia, it has collected RM18,608,925.36 as of 3pm today. “For any update on how much the Tabung Harapan Malaysia has collected, the public can get it from the ministry’s website at www.treasury.gov.my, Facebook (Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia), Instagram (MOF_malaysia) and Twitter (MOFmalaysia). Lim also advised the public to be careful of posters of a fake Tabung Harapan Malaysia account that was being circulated via the social media platforms. “The account number is different that what has been announced before, 5660 1062 6452 (Maybank). It was reported that the contribution made to Tabung Harapan Malaysia was tax deductible for individuals as well as companies and there was no limit to the tax deduction.
