Supplied The therapy sessions on Seven Year Switch at times appear to be little more than games of word association. But really, like most reality shows, it's thinly disguised gawking at other people's lives. But this is truly, truly terrible – it feels like the last tired leftovers being wrung out of the Bachelor juggernaut.
