By MAGATI OBEBOMore by this AuthorThe Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has interdicted a primary school headteacher in Kisii for asking pupils to pay for a school bus and examinations administered every term. Kisii Campus Primary School headteacher Ismail Ombati was sent packing by the commission on Wednesday. New parents bringing pupils to the school have been paying Sh2,000 for the school bus acquired recently and Sh900 for the examinations. County Director of Education William Sugut on Thursday confirmed that the teacher had been suspended following complains by parents. "The allegations were made and were investigated fully by TSC and I confirm that the said teacher has since [been interdicted]," Dr Sugut said on Thursday.
