Now there's another big benefit: the Capital One Venture Rewards now comes with a rebate on either the $100 application fee for Global Entry, or the $85 fee for TSA PreCheck. As being a member in the Global Entry program grants free access to TSA PreCheck, it makes sense to simply apply for Global Entry and get both, especially as one will get their fee rebated. Just be sure to pay for their application with your Venture Rewards card while submitting it online. It can be your early Christmas present, or as insurance against being stuck in line with a travel partner who doesn't have Global Entry like you do.
