Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is planning to recruit more than 35,000 individuals in the second half of the current financial year, which means that the IT major will hire a total of 78,000 fresh graduates for full financial year. The company hired 43,000 fresh graduates in the first half of FY22, more than the target announced by the company in July 2021. We brought on board a record number of 43,000 fresh graduates in the last six months. TCS now plans to add more than 35,000 graduates in the second half of the financial year. This means the company is going to recruit a total of 78,000 candidates soon if it meets its targets.
