Sydney man charged with murder after father allegedly stabbed during row over computer


A Sydney man has been charged with murder after a heated dispute over the use of a computer allegedly ended with his father stabbed to death. Police were called to a home in the south-western suburb of Moorebank at 8.40pm on Sunday following reports of a man suffering stab wounds. Paramedics tried to save 56-year-old Stephen Chapman but he died on the way to hospital, police said. Court documents alleged he murdered Stephen Chapman between 8.20pm and 8.30pm. The victim’s wife was at home at the time of the attack but was not injured, Hardie said.
