Leon Britton and Angel Rangel will make their final Swansea appearances at home to Stoke on Sunday. Rangel starts while Britton is on the bench for the last game of the season, one that is likely to confirm Swansea's relegation from the Premier League. Midfielder Britton, 36, has announced he will be retiring after Sunday's game, while Spanish full-back Rangel, 35, is leaving Swansea after 11 years in south Wales. The Potters' relegation was confirmed last weekend but Swansea still have a very slim chance of survival, so Lambert will not make wholesale changes. Swansea: Fabianski, Rangel, van der Hoorn, Mawson, Olsson, Dyer, King, Carroll, Routledge, J.Ayew, A.Ayew.
