A fire that broke out at a church in South Taranaki is being treated as suspicious. Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) were called Stanners St, Eltham, where the St Joseph’s Catholic Church and Christian Harvest Centre sit next to each other, about 9am Thursday. The fire was being treated as suspicious and both police and a fire investigator had been called to the scene.
