PENAMPANG: Three suspected sex workers were nabbed at Donggongon town here early Sunday. The arrests were made during a 4am operation at a massage parlour here by a team from the state Criminal Investigation Department (CID), assisted by the Penampang district CID. The three women, aged between 17 and 44, comprise two locals and a Filipino; while two local men, aged 20 and 29, were inspected for being suspected clients. "The case is being investigated under Section 372 B of the Penal Code (soliciting for purpose of prostitution). "If found guilty, the suspects can be jailed not exceeding one year, or fined, or both.
