Men of the Ondo State Police command in Okitipupa, in Okitipupa Local Government Area of the State, have arrested a suspected kidnapper, Nsen Godwin, who allegedly stole two siblings, a four-month child and nine-year-old boy. It was gathered that the four-month-old baby was left in the custody of his nine-year-old brother when Godwin visited them in their home. The nine-year-old was said to have raised the alarm which attracted the policemen on the Highway and subsequently arrested the suspect. It was gathered that Godwin however, pretended to be mentally derailed when being quizzed by the security operatives who arrested him. He, however, said the suspect would be arraigned in court after the conclusion of the investigation.
