PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines — The suspect in the killing of the former vice mayor of Ozamiz City in 2016 was arrested by police in Zamboanga Sibugay on Sunday. Chan is the prime suspect in the killing in November 2016 of former Ozamiz Vice Mayor Roland Romero. The suspect is a resident of Barangay Carmen in Ozamiz City.
