Health officials have said they will "set out practical steps people can follow to reduce their risk of catching the virus". According to a statement on gov.uk, local councils and supermarkets will "continue to provide support to follow shielding advice" until March 31. "Councils will look to provide assistance wherever possible after that date and, if you have already registered for priority access to supermarket delivery slots, supermarkets will continue to offer priority access until June 21," it continues. "We recognise how difficult this period has been for so many and the impact it has had on people’s wellbeing.
