Blue Jays centre fielder Kevin Pillar has been on fire the last couple of games, even though his team is ice-cold. His second home run Saturday, in the ninth off Rangers reliever Kevin Jepsen, went to right field, only the second time Pillar has hit an opposite-field homer. They have good approaches, good plans and they put on good swings and they’re able to score runs. But we got to score runs too. Happ, has been Toronto’s best starter along with Aaron Sanchez, starts against the Rangers on Sunday and Pillar expects good things.
