Hong Kong swimmer Siobhan Haughey broke her own Asian record and became the sixth fastest performer in women's 100-meter freestyle in history. The world record belongs to Australian swimmer Cate Campbell at 50.25 seconds. At the International Swimming League Match 6 women's 4x100 freestyle relay, held in the Hungarian capital of Budapest, Haughey scored 51.14 seconds in the relay and broke her own Asian record in the 100m freestyle by 0.24 seconds. The 23-year-old Haughey's quick start gave a huge advantage to the rest of the French team Energy Standard and they won the relay in 3 minutes 29.08 seconds.
