ADVERTISEMENTThe Caraga and Davao regions will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned the residents in affected areas to prepare for possible flash floods during severe thunderstorms. Pagasa said the tropical depression was last spotted at 1,175 km East of Mindanao still outside the country’s area of responsibility. Meanwhile, Batanes, Cagayan and Isabela will have cloudy skies with light rain but due to the northeast monsoon or hanging amihan. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.
