Lok Adalat New Delhi, July 9 (PTI): The National Lok Adalat, held in the high courts and other courts in most parts of the country, today settled over one lakh pre-litigation and pending cases. Flight scare New Delhi (PTI): An IndiGo flight, carrying 180 passengers and six crew members, from Bangalore made a precautionary landing at Delhi airport on Saturday because of a glitch. Traffic rules Panaji (PTI): Nearly two lakh motorists were booked for various traffic violations across Goa during the last six months, a police officer said on Saturday. The fifth Lok Adalat, held by the National Legal Services Authority, disposed of the cases relating to disputes over various matters, particularly those regarding public utilities such as electricity, water and telephone service. The court held that in serious offences a settlement between the "offender and the victim" can have no legal sanction at all.
