Deputy Assistant Engineer of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) Md Shah Alam said: “We are trying repair the ferry terminals but we can’t fight against the strong tide in the mighty Padma River.”Earlier, authorities had halt vehicle shifting via No. one and three terminals for last one month as strong tide washed away them.
