Stride Property Group appoints new chief executive and directorSUPPLIED Philip Littlewood has been appointed chief executive of Stride Property Group. Littlewood's appointment was previously Stride's general manager of investment management, where he helped consolidate Stride Investment Management and Stride Property into Stride Property Group. "[He] was instrumental in devising our strategy to separate our real estate investment management business from our property investment activity, creating the stapled structure." Prior to that, Ling held a range of senior executive positions at Lend Lease, where he was chief executive of Investment Management (Asia Pacific), BT Funds Management and Kiwi Property Trust.
