Photo GettyA street parade and autograph session in downtown Wanaka on Thursday afternoon will give the community the opportunity to welcome home the country's successful Olympians Zoi Sadowski-Synnott and Nico Porteous. Queenstown Lakes District Mayor Jim Boult said everyone was welcome to join in the celebrations. "The parade is straight after school so we'd love as many young people as possible, especially kids, to come along and show their support for our inspirational young athletes." Zoi won bronze in the snowboard big air, and Porteous bronze in the freestyle halfpipe at the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang.
