Founder and manager of the Hip Hop-eration crew, Billie Jordan, 46, said the rights to her life-story had been sold to a top film production company. "The film production company I ended up choosing is one of the top film production companies in the world. Her crew, of seven members aged 71 - 96, based on Waiheke Island, held the Guinness World Record for the oldest dance group. "It's good that most people only know me for my work with the Hip Hop-eration Crew, because it means I still have about 80% of my life story left to share." Jordan couldn't divulge which production company had bought the rights, but said the making of the movie would begin as early as next year.
