The Government is advising people to stay indoors between the hours of 4pm on Thursday and 12noon on Friday. As a result, MCD has postponed a number of concerts that were due to take place tonight and tomorrow. MCD said the decision has been taken "in the interests of customer and staff safety, and in light of the widespread cancellation of public transportation due to the National Red Weather alert in place in response to ‘Storm Emma.’"
