More than 1 million viewers on Periscope watched Piotrowski as the eyewall of the storm came ashore. Hurricane Harvey made landfall Friday night on the Gulf coast of Texas as a powerful Category 4 storm, exceeding forecasters’ predictions. “We hit the eyewall and everything is disintegrating,” Piotrowski said in his livestream. Everything’s coming ... oh, my gosh, the roof is coming off.”
