One woman helping create and protect gender equality is Ilyse Hogue, president of NARAL Pro-choice America. Previous to leading NARAL, Hogue worked for organizations like MoveOn.org, Greenpeace, Rainforest Action and Media Matters for America. I got to talk with her about how she sees negotiation skills connecting to gender equality in the United States, a few days before Women's Equality Day - which also happens to be Hogue's birthday.
