National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi has scoffed at ODM leader Raila Odinga over his recent remarks regarding the design of the Thika superhighway. Speaking on Tuesday in Gatundu South, Kiambu county, Muturi told off Raila accusing him of lying. “There are leaders who only give history saying 'mimi ndo nilichora Thika highway', so what? The speaker’s remarks follow Raila's statement in Thika stadium on Saturday where he said he was the brains behind the Thika superhighway. I have delivered for this nation and I will do even more when I become president," Raila said.
