Two vehicles stolen last week in Queenstown have been recovered in the area at the weekend. Senior Sergeant Paula Enoka, of Queenstown, said one car was located while being driven through the resort's CBD. Police could not say where the car had been stolen from. Meanwhile, a Nissan Safari stolen from Lake Hayes Estate was found abandoned in the Shotover Delta with minor damage. Snr Sgt Enoka said it was a good reminder for people to lock their cars, close their garage doors, and "remain security conscious''.
