A 26-year-old Oamaru man was shot in the leg and less than two hours later a shot was fired at a house while two people were inside it yesterday. The incidents in South Canterbury occurred just within hours of each other. The 26-year-old man was taken to Timaru Hospital after sustaining a bullet wound in his thigh at about 4.30pm.
