Kenny is the most successful manager in the League of Ireland, winning five league titles, and three FAI cups. He left in 2019 to manage the Ireland U21s, before taking over as manager of the senior side in 2020. Kenny's first game in charge will be against Derry City on Friday, before St Pat's take on top of the table Shelbourne on Monday. "My mother used to come to watch St Pat's, she's from Inchicore and lived in Ballyfermot, so there's a good connection there.
