Air Selangor has an app that will inform users about scheduled or unscheduled water disruptions with details like estimated finish time, list of affected areas and reason for the disruption. There is an Info tab in the app for users to interact with Airra, a chat feature. Available on the Google Play store and Apple App store, the app even has a notification feature for users to receive reminders about water disruption and other relevant announcements. Air Selangor has also released a list of regions with affected areas for consumers – in Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Kuala Langat and Kuala Selangor – on its official Facebook page. The user shared in a series of tweets that the map is based on a list provided by Air Selangor.
