MANILA, Philippines — Happy Kobe Day! To celebrate Kobe Bryant's jersey retirement Tuesday, the Los Angeles Lakers transformed the facade of the Staples Center to a fair dedicated to "The Black Mamba". "Kobeland" will feature a street festival complete with a ferris wheel, interactive games, a shootout game and a live DJ. Bryant's jersey numbers 8 and 24 will be retired in a ceremony during the halftime today when the Lakers host the Golden State Warriors.
