St Helens woman in court over Class A drugs offences


Jennifer Tabern, of Napier Street, St Helens, appeared before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Thursday, June 27. Tabern, 53, pleaded guilty to three charges of possession of heroin, one count of possession of cocaine, and two counts of possession of crack cocaine. She was caught in possession of drugs on various dates in March and April at the Salvation Army hostel, in Phoenix Brow, on Kirkland Street and at Napier Close. The court also ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. Tabern's guilty pleas were taken into account upon her sentencing.
