A St. Catharines, Ont., woman says she and her boyfriend will continue to keep a coffin with flowers in it on their front lawn, despite a neighbour's grave issues with it. Calbury said she received a letter from the city bylaw office, apparently prompted by an upset neighbour. "I got a letter from the city bylaw office on the 12th saying that we are infringing on some sort of waste bylaw." ET on Wednesday, she received a call from a city bylaw officer, saying they are not pursuing the matter any longer. "I called the mayor's office, the MPP's office, called the lawyer's office, called the community legal clinic, I was calling the city councillors for the area that we live in," she said.
