The deal will give Spencer’s access to 36 Nature's Basket stores in prime locations of Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. Godrej Industries Ltd’s Nature's Basket, began operations in 2005, selling fruits and vegetables, fish and meat, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and staples. “Nature’s Basket has a strong portfolio of private label brands which has huge traction with its consumers. Investment banking firm Lodha Capital Markets advised on Nature's Basket Ltd. on this deal.
