Specsavers in the Irvine shopping mall welcomed people from across the town to view their new look shop last weekend. As previously reported, the expansion, part of a £350,000 investment in the town centre, sees the shop have nine testing rooms, a dedicated room for fitting and checking contact lenses and two dedicated audiology testing rooms.. This investment will also make the Irvine store one of the largest Specsavers stores located in the west of Scotland. The Irvine store is now a dedicated audiology hub which can provide key hearing care support such as hearing tests, wax removal services and support with fitting and repairing hearing aids. New audiology director, Jayne Vallance, has also joined the team to lead this dedicated service in store.
