NewsA special traffic plan will be implemented today from 5pm owing to the annual Navam Perahera of the Gangarama Temple in Colombo. According to reports the Perahera is to commence from the Sir James Pieris Mawatha and make its way along Sri Jinarathna Road and return to the temple through Nawam Mawatha. Police urge motorists to use alternative routes to avoid congestion on the roads
