According to Nik Amlizan, her mandate at LTAT is mainly to build a governance structure. In terms of governance structure, LTAT had operated without a risk management board to focus on risks faced by the fund. Changes are already underway to address these issues as Nik Amlizan works to put the LTAT house back in order.
