The National Assembly Speaker, Justin Bedan Njoka Muturi, has blasted the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader, Raila Odinga, over claims that he designed the iconic Thika Superhighway. “There are leaders who only give history saying I'm the one who designed Thika Superhighway. I have delivered for this nation and I will do even more when I become president," the ODM leader stated. "Recent incitement like the 'madoadoa' remarks in Uasin Gishu will take us back to our tribal inclination.
