The offer was made by Korean prosecutors who visited Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Monday (Nov. 26). “They’re offering to extend training assistance to our prosecutors in certain fields such as cybercrime and digital forensics,” recounted Guevarra. Charges have been filed before the Angeles City Regional Trial Court (RTC) against five persons over the killing of the Korean after the Department of Justice (DOJ) found probable cause to indict them.
