HB 8760 provides that the Philippine Public Safety and Homeland Security College be declared as the national institution for public safety and homeland security education, training and research. The Philippine Public Safety and Homeland Security College is tasked to serve as the lead institution for the mandatory training, human resource development and continuing education for all police, fire and jail personnel and other public safety and security personnel and practitioners.
