The Macclesfield boss, who played for both clubs, believes Unai Emery is the right man for the job long term at the Emirates. The former England defender said: “Tottenham have got consistency at the moment with the manager and settled players, and that’s key. Campbell, 44, called for Arsenal fans to be patient as Emery bids to rebuild the side and make it his own. He added: “I think Unai Emery has done a really good job so far. “It’s probably going to take two three transfer windows before he gets a team that’s him.”
