Several hundred prominent personalities and also many middle-sized business leaders recently converged in Africa for business meetings in Nairobi titled "Les Rencontres Africa". It was a co-production between France and Africa. It gathered more than 1,000 African leaders from 30 countries and more than 300 French entrepreneurs. On the last day, French Ambassador Antoine Sivan hosted guests at the French Embassy for a cocktail party. In attendance were Kenya's Industry CS Adan Mohamed and PS Nduati Mwangi, Afrifrance chair Lionel Zinsou, Societe' generale representative Kenya George Mutua and businessman Chris Kirubi.
