Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia have also become transit places for taking victims to third countries. Contestants can send the files directly via email or upload the videos to the YouTube social network and send the link to the organising committee. The participants offered incense and flowers in tribute to the Vietnamese soldiers who sacrificed during the Gac Ma battle 30 years ago.
