Barry Hiron wears many different hats for Slough Town on match days, and it's this dedication to the cause that's seem him named the Vanarama National League South volunteer of the month for January. The match-day operation would certainly run less smoothly for the Rebels if Barry didn't volunteer to help out. During the week he also often lends a hand by taking on odd jobs such as cleaning the beer lines. A National League statement added: “Barry is a very worthwhile winner and a big part of the reason why we love this award. He's been a key part of the best defence in the league, with the Stones conceding just twice in five matches during January.
