Tammy Abraham is open to rejoining Aston Villa from Besiktas later this month. Villa are trying to bring back the former Chelsea forward, who spent a successful season on loan at Villa Park in 2018-19, to improve their attacking options. Though Abraham is performing well at Besiktas and is settled in Istanbul, the prospect of a return to the Premier League is one he is considering seriously. Financial regulations mean Villa must act carefully in the winter window though they remain hopeful of concluding a permanent deal for Abraham, 28, in the coming days. Since leaving Chelsea in 2021, Abraham has had spells with Roma and AC Milan before moving to Turkey.
