Six bodies were on Tuesday discovered in Tsavo West National park by KWS rangers. "[They] encountered a foul smell within the national park at Kanga area. Upon searching the area, they discovered bodies of six African males which were decomposing and naked a kilometre from the main Nairobi -Mombasa Highway," the report filed under OB number 11/26/3/2019 said. The six men are likely to have been murdered elsewhere and the bodies dumped in the park, the report said. Earlier, Makueni county commissioner Maalim Mohammed, in whose county Tsavo West National Park lies, declined to comment, saying KWS was better placed to speak on the matter.
