At wholly-owed City Garden Hotel, the average room occupancy rate was 41.7 for the year, compared with 85.7 percent in 2018/2019. The average room rate dropped by 33.3 percent on-year. Room sales were HK$139.8 million, compared with HK$455.1 million, the year before. At The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers, the average occupancy rate was 44 percent compared with 92.7 percent the year before.
