Pradeep Kumar Saha CollectedThe three key accused were produced in court following completion of their second remandA Cox’s Bazar court has granted a 3-day remand for the three key accused including suspended officer-in-charge Pradeep Kumar Das in the murder case of Major (retd) Sinha Md Rashed Khan. The three key accused, also including suspended inspector Liaqat Ali and sub-inspector Nanda Dulal Raxit, were produced in the Senior Judicial Magistrate Court around 3pm Friday. Meanwhile, a panel of lawyers led by Advocate Ahsanul Haque Hena appeared in court from Chittagong seeking bail for the three key accused and cancellation of their remand. After a lengthy hearing, Judge Tamanna denied the accused bail and remanded each for three days. Following the incident, nine policemen were accused in the murder case filed by Sinha's sister Sharmin Shahriar.
