Silynxcom Shares Drop 6% On First Day Of Trading

The stock was recently down 6% to $3.76 in midday trading, below the company's initial public offering price. The Israeli company said Thursday that it would sell 1.25 million shares for $4 each in its initial public offering, with gross proceeds of $5 million. Silynxcom plans to use proceeds for marketing, business development, research and development and for general corporate purposes. Silynxcom makes in-ear headsets meant to be used in combat and in riot control.
