Suspects Clarisa Figueroa, 46, and her daughter, Desiree, 24, were charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery, Chicago police have revealed. The mother and daughter were arrested this week after investigators found the teen's body in a bin. The mother and daughter, and Clarisa's boyfriend, Piotr Bobak, 40, were denied bail yesterday during their first court appearance in Chicago. After she died, Clarisa cut the pregnant teen's belly open "from side to side" and retrieved the baby. That is when she called 911, claiming to have just given birth and saying the baby was not breathing.
