The managers of your mutual funds and pension fund have been loading up again on Big Tech stocks because every other institutional investor is doing so. The more fortunate Big Tech firms are sliding into maturity, becoming sturdy, slow-growth enterprises, no longer stock-market darlings but stable utilities. While no one has called them on it yet, the Big Tech firms have broken their bargain with investors.
